REBUY & ADD-ON RULES

Rebuys — $20 for 10,000 chips

Available ONLY when player's stack is at or below 10,000 chips

Player MUST surrender ALL remaining chips to the bank before receiving rebuy stack

Rebuy = fresh 10,000-chip stack (not added to existing chips)

No limit on number of rebuys per player during rebuy period

        Rebuy period: Levels 1–5 only

Rebuys CLOSE at start of break — no exceptions

Add-On — $10 for 10,000 chips

Offered ONCE at the break, available to ALL players regardless of stack size

Add-On chips are ADDED to player's existing stack (no surrender)

        Hand out as 1 × Green (5,000) + 5 × White (1,000) — or 2 × Green if simpler

Must be purchased before cards are dealt for Level 6

Drink Chips — Tiered by Phase

        Pre-break (Levels 1–5): Drink token = 500 chips

        Post-break (Levels 6–7): Drink token = 1,000 chips

Level 8 onward: No drink chip redemptions — drinks still available at bar

Bar staff hands out a drink token for every drink purchased

Player redeems token at their table for current-phase chip value

Keep drink tokens physically separate from tournament chips

Announce "last call" for drink chip redemptions at start of Level 7

COLOR-UP SCHEDULE (ROUND-UP METHOD)

Rule: Players with any chips below the removed denomination round UP to the next available chip. Players with zero small chips get nothing.

At break (end of Level 5): Remove ALL Blue (50) and Black (100) chips. Round up to next Red (500). Minimum chip becomes 500.

End of Level 7: Remove ALL Red (500) chips. Round up to next White (1,000). Minimum chip becomes 1,000.

End of Level 9-10: Remove ALL White (1,000) chips. Round up to next Green (5,000). Final table chips: Green only.

No card draws, no races — just count, round up, hand over the chip. Fast and friendly.

PAYOUT STRUCTURE — TOP 4 PAID

Estimated payouts below assume ~$1,150 prize pool (30 buy-ins + ~15 rebuys + ~25 add-ons). Actual dollar amounts confirmed after add-on period closes — percentages are guaranteed.

TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR CHECKLIST

Before Cards Fly

Collect all buy-ins; track players on a sign-in sheet

Verify starting stacks at each seat (10,000 = 25 chips)

Post blind structure and payout % at each table

Assign seats randomly (draw cards or use app)

Announce rules: rebuys, add-on timing, drink chips, payouts

During Play

Call each blind level change clearly (announce + timer)

Track rebuys and add-ons with tick marks on roster

Keep chip bank organized for rebuys and drink chip redemptions

At break: announce add-on window (5 min warning before close)

Balance tables when player counts get uneven (difference > 1)

End Game

Combine tables to final table when 10 players remain

Confirm final prize pool with players before bubble hand

Pay out at bust order: 4th gets paid first, champion last

Announce winners publicly, thank the bar, clean up chips

HOUSE RULES (Quick Reference)

One player per hand — no coaching

Cards speak at showdown — verbal declarations are binding in turn

No string bets — announce raise amount or put chips in one motion

All-in and a call: both players must show before the next card

Any disputes: TD decision is final. In the spirit of fair play, favor the action.

Phones at the table are fine; no electronic assistance during a hand
